Step 1: Reserve your package with a $425 Non-Refundable Deposit OR pay in full to secure your share of our limited herd. Then let us do the hard work continuing to raise your beef on our native pastures until itβs ready for harvest.
Step 2: When your beef is ready for harvest, it will go to our skilled team of local USDA butchers. There it will be dry aged for 14-21 days for maximum tenderness and flavor. It will be cut and packaged into vacuum-sealed packaging and flash frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and flavor for up to 3 years in your freezer.
Step 3: When your beef is all ready, you will receive an email from us with the balance due. We will also work with you to arrange a time to come pick up your beef direct from our ranch or have it SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR FOR FREE!
